Patriotic Criminal No Different Than Common Criminal

When the judge calls the criminal's name out he stands up, and they are immediately linked by a strange biology that makes them both opposite and complementary. The one cannot exist without the other. Which is the sun and which is the shadow? It's well known some criminals claimed themselves to be a patriot and have been a great men.

Freedom of speech demanded by the opposition will only keeping us in a perpetual state of fear. It will keep us in a continuous stampede of patriotic fervor with the cry of grave national emergency. Always there has been some terrible evil to gobble us up if we did not blindly rally behind it by furnishing the exorbitant sums demanded. Yet, in retrospect, these disasters seem never to have happened, seem never to have been quite real.

Our Prime Minister DS Najib is the most important among large number of public servants. He should be supported or opposed exactly to the degree which is warranted by his good conduct or bad conduct, his efficiency or inefficiency in rendering loyal, able, and disinterested service to the Nation as a whole. Therefore it is absolutely necessary that there should be full liberty to tell the truth about his acts, and this means that it is exactly necessary to blame him when he does wrong as to praise him when he does right.

To announce that there must be no criticism to the Prime Minister and we have to stand by the him in right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable. Nothing but the truth should be spoken about him or any one else. But it is even more important to tell the truth, pleasant or unpleasant, about him than about any one else. All this should only be done with solid reason's and evidence not by a desperate attemps on falsifying it.

All those can only be prooven in court. Police have said that DAP MP for PJ Utara Tony Pua, PKR MP for Pandan Rafizi Ramli and Edge Media Group owner Tong Kooi Ong are being investigated under Section 124 of the Penal Code. The three are being probed for alleged activities detrimental to parliamentary democracy which may sent them to jail for up to 20 years.

Sections 124B to 124N introduced by the Penal Code (Amendment) Act 2012 which was passed by Parliament in 2012, given the Royal Assent on 18th June 2012 and gazetted on 22nd June 2012. The main provisions are:

Section 124B: “Whoever, by any means, directly or indirectly, commits an activity detrimental to parliamentary democracy shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to twenty years" ,

Section 124C: “Whoever attempts to commit an activity detrimental to parliamentary democracy or does any act preparatory there to shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to fifteen years" ,

Section 124D (1): “Whoever, by any means, directly or indirectly, prints, publicises, sells, issues, circulates or reproduces any document or publication detrimental to parliamentary democracy shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to fifteen years" ,

Section 124E (1): “Any person who, without lawful excuse, has in his possession any document or publication detrimental to parliamentary democracy or any extract there from, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years" .

Today, Tony Pua departure to oversea was denied. It seems he was barred from leaving the country. It's already begin. Our country at stakes. All this should be put to stop immediately and bring those culprits down. Hopefully, they don't tell the court all this were just a 'JOKE'. These people will do wonders. Don't be suprise. Anyhow, everyone is innocent until proven guilty. So, stop acting panics calling press statements, publishing your emotions everywhere and start thinking to defend yourself if you are clean and innocent. Otherwise, the small grill room waiting for you. It will be yours for two decades. Face the music!
